Our flight club just changed its pricing. We used to rent "wet" which included the fuel. Now we rent "dry" and pay for the fuel. We are supposed to get a discount on the fuel. Not sure if I like this or not. Hope to get more flying in this year.

Went up in the Diamond 20 Wednesday 3/14. Haven't flown since October. Took instructor just to brush off the dust and make sure I was doing things right. He said I did great. Nice landings. Time to continue with instrument training. Sorry Steve to hear your flight club closed. Hope you find another

On 2/17 I am going up with my instructor, to get back up in the air and night current. I am due for my BFR in April.

I am on the schedule for 2/19, the 172 I use to fly had a hard landing a few months ago, and has been replaced with a newer model and a newer rental fee YIKES!

Just a short stop here. Weather ceiling at 900 feet right now. I hope weather is better where ever you are. Wife had colonscopy and doctor said come every 4 years instead of every year she is very happy. Cancer in remission but no chemo. Yea!!!! Fly safe.

Just got back from a nice cross country trip.... Orlando. Fl to Lawrence, Al and back. Went up the to attend the Lawrence County Air Show and Music Festival last Friday and Saturday. Outstanding time, air show was great and the evening bands were outstanding. Trip took about 4 1/2 hours.
